“Great speedy service, sorted my adblue, would highly recommend”

Customers ask for AdBlue Removal when the same AdBlue warning or countdown keeps coming back. On almost every vehicle the work is done through the engine computer, not by unbolting parts. We check your vehicle first, explain what removal would involve for your engine, and give you a price before anything is done.

01Understanding the service
A UREA light, restart countdown or SCR code tells us where the vehicle has found a problem, not which part has failed. Send the exact dashboard message and any codes you already have, so removal can be weighed against what your vehicle is actually reporting.
Despite the name, AdBlue Removal does not mean taking the tank off the vehicle. What is removed is the engine computer's control of the AdBlue system: the dosing, the sensor monitoring and the logic that starts a restart countdown. The tank, pump, pipework and sensors normally stay fitted, which keeps the work quick and avoids leaving open connections or missing parts under the vehicle.
Unbolting AdBlue parts on its own does not stop the warnings: the engine computer still expects to see them and will keep reporting faults. That is why removal is carried out in software. We do not remove, replace, supply or fit any parts, and we tell you if your vehicle needs something we do not offer.
Usually when the same fault keeps returning after a refill or a replaced part, when several AdBlue components are reporting faults at once, or when a parts quote is out of proportion to the value of an older vehicle. Removal is discussed after the codes are read, so the decision is based on what the vehicle is reporting rather than a guess.
An AdBlue warning can sit alongside DPF, EGR, glow plug or sensor faults that AdBlue work will not cure. We read every stored code, not just the AdBlue ones, and explain the whole picture before you decide.
Whether removal is possible depends on the exact engine computer and software version, which can change within the same model and year. We check from your registration and confirm by reading the engine computer at the appointment. Some protected engine computers need unlocking first, charged separately and confirmed before booking.
A technician attends your home, workplace or agreed location. The vehicle is scanned, the engine computer is identified and its original software saved, the removal is applied, faults are cleared, and the vehicle is started and checked without the warning before the technician leaves.
Lifetime Software Warranty: applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered software work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty, and callout charges are not covered. No Fix, No Fee applies if we cannot complete the job.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppNo. The work is done through the engine computer and the tank, pump, pipework and sensors stay fitted. Taking parts off on their own would not stop the warnings, because the engine computer would still look for them.
Yes, both names describe the same software service. We use the word removal because many customers search for it, and we explain exactly what is involved for your vehicle before quoting.
Where the countdown comes from the AdBlue system, the fault and countdown are cleared as part of the work. If another fault is stored, we tell you before starting so you are not paying for work that will not solve it.
Often it is, but we read the codes first to see what the vehicle is now reporting. Send your registration, the message on the dashboard and what was replaced, and we will explain whether removal suits your vehicle.
Often, yes, at the van's location. Let us know it has stopped, where it is and whether there is safe access, so the visit can be planned, subject to availability.
