01Understanding the service
An AdBlue warning does not identify a single fault. Depending on the vehicle, low fluid or a confirmed SCR malfunction may trigger a restart countdown, while reduced power can have other causes. Software deactivation and hardware repair are different services; neither should be described as automatically resolving every emissions-related warning.
For a home or workplace appointment, provide your full postcode and details of safe access to the vehicle. Enquiries can include locations around the M1, A45 and A14 corridors, but attendance and response times must be confirmed. A mobile appointment should not be assumed to include motorway or live-road recovery.
When the engine computer logs P20E8, it has detected AdBlue (reductant) pressure below the expected level. A weak pump, blocked injector or wiring fault are the usual suspects, so the code alone does not point to one part.
Certain UK diesel versions of the Citroën Berlingo, Ford Transit Custom, Vauxhall Vivaro and Movano, Land Rover Discovery and Range Rover Sport use AdBlue, but fitment varies by generation and engine. The same qualification applies to Mercedes-Benz BlueTEC, Peugeot BlueHDi, Volkswagen and Audi TDI, and BMW diesel models. Audi S line denotes trim rather than an SCR specification. Send your registration to check the likely system fitted; diagnostic identification may be needed before confirming the work.
Provide your registration, full postcode and warning details through the advertised enquiry channel. Include previous diagnostic reports where available. These details support an initial assessment, but an inspection may be required before the fault, scope of work and cost can be confirmed.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete describes software changes intended to disable SCR dosing and associated monitoring or restart restrictions. It does not repair defective SCR hardware. The effects and technical feasibility depend on the vehicle and control units fitted; send your registration and warning details for an initial assessment.
AdBlue Removal is often used to mean software deactivation rather than physical removal of the tank, pump or injector. These terms can be used inconsistently, so ask what work is proposed for your specific vehicle and what remains fitted.
AdBlue Delete aims to disable system functions, whereas AdBlue Repair aims to restore the SCR system's operation. Repair may involve wiring checks, fluid checks, software updates or replacement of a confirmed faulty component. Neither an expensive part replacement nor a software change should be assumed necessary before diagnosis.
AdBlue Fix is a general description for resolving an SCR-related problem. The appropriate work depends on the cause: low fluid, a dosing fault, wiring damage and an implausible sensor reading need different checks. Clearing a code or resetting a countdown alone may not resolve the underlying fault.
Send your registration, full postcode, mileage and the exact dashboard message. Include any diagnostic codes and details of recent refills or repairs. A registration helps identify the likely specification, but a diagnostic scan may still be needed to confirm the SCR equipment, ECU identification and software version.
You can send photos of the dashboard message alongside your registration and postcode through the advertised contact channel. Photos help establish the displayed warning and remaining countdown, but they cannot confirm which component has failed.
It should not be presented as a power or fuel-economy upgrade. Effects depend on the calibration and any underlying faults, and disabling SCR increases nitrogen oxide emissions. Reduced power can also have causes unrelated to AdBlue, so normal performance cannot be promised without diagnosis.
Timing depends on vehicle access, the diagnostic findings and whether parts or further testing are needed. Send your registration, postcode and warning details so the likely scope and availability can be discussed. A vehicle already unable to start may require additional checks before any reset is possible.
