This often happens when a system component, like a level sensor or NOx sensor, has failed. The system cannot reset itself because it still sees a fault, even with a full tank of fresh AdBlue.
My dash says restart countdown. Can you still help?
Yes, we can help as long as the countdown has not reached zero and the vehicle can still be started. We advise contacting us as soon as possible to avoid a non start situation.
Why might my Tourneo Custom's ECU need unlocking?
