Ford Focus EcoBlue AdBlue fitment
Many fourth-generation Focus diesels (from 2018) with the 1.5 or 2.0 EcoBlue engine use AdBlue, but not every 1.5 EcoBlue does, and some earlier ones don't. Older Focus diesels with TDCi engines generally don't use it. We confirm it by the exact engine, year and whether there is a blue AdBlue filler cap. Petrol EcoBoost and mild-hybrid Focus models never use it. We confirm your engine from the registration before quoting.

Questions about AdBlue on the Ford Focus
How do I know if my Focus has AdBlue?
Look for a blue AdBlue filler cap next to the diesel cap. Many EcoBlue diesels from 2018 have it, but not every 1.5 EcoBlue does, and older TDCi models generally don't. Send your registration and we'll confirm it from the exact engine and year.
My Focus is counting down to no engine restart. What should I do?
Contact us before the count reaches zero and tell us the miles remaining. Once it reaches zero the car won't restart after switching off, which makes the visit harder to arrange.
Can you help with a Focus Estate or ST-Line diesel?
Yes, if its EcoBlue diesel uses AdBlue. Trim level and body style don't matter, only the exact engine and year. We check it from the registration.
Can you come to my workplace?
Yes, subject to availability. We come to your home, workplace or another safe place where the car can be parked.
How do I get a price?
