I've refilled the AdBlue but the warning is still on my Transit Custom?
This is a common issue. It may be that a specific drive cycle is needed for the system to reset, or more likely, there is an underlying hardware fault with a sensor or pump that is preventing the warning from clearing.
My van is counting down to a no start. Can you stop it?
Yes. Our AdBlue delete software will disable the countdown timer and prevent the non start condition, allowing you to use your van normally again.
Why might my newer Transit Custom's ECU need unlocking?
