UREA Warning Light
- This dashboard warning is the most common sign of a fault. It can be triggered by issues with sensors, the injector, or the AdBlue pump itself.
No-Start Countdown
- Your Berlingo may display a restart restriction message. This is a serious alert which will prevent the engine from starting once the countdown expires.
Engine Management Light On
- An AdBlue system fault will often illuminate the main engine management light as well. Diagnostic trouble codes relating to the SCR system are typically stored in the ECU.
Limp Mode / Reduced Power

My Berlingo's UREA light is on even after a refill. Why?
This may indicate a system fault in the AdBlue system, not just low fluid. Common causes include a failed sensor, pump, or injector, which our software solution is designed to resolve.
What happens when my Berlingo's restart countdown hits zero?
Once the countdown expires, the vehicle's ECU will prevent the engine from being started as a compliance measure. Our service can resolve this, even in a no start situation.
Why might my Berlingo's ECU need unlocking?
