01Understanding the service
What we actually do
AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal are two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer uses the AdBlue (SCR) system. We do not supply or fit NOx sensors, pumps, tanks, heaters or dosing injectors.
Why people search for a repair
A part replacement quote can be high, parts can take time to arrive, and the same AdBlue fault sometimes comes back. Many customers contact us after a dealer or garage quote to ask whether our software service suits their vehicle.
A Fault Code Is Not A Diagnosis
A code shows which area of the system is reporting a problem, not which part has failed. P20E8, for example, means reductant pressure too low, which can have several causes. Send us the code or a photo of the message and we'll tell you whether our service is suitable.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We are a mobile service across England and work at your home, workplace or another safe agreed location. If the vehicle won't restart, tell us so we can plan the visit.
Getting a quotation
Send your registration, postcode and mobile number. We check your vehicle and engine computer before quoting, and the price is confirmed before any work starts.
No Fix, No Fee and warranty
No Fix, No Fee: if we cannot complete the job, there is no charge. Lifetime Software Warranty: applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered software work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty, and callout charges are not covered.

No. We only offer AdBlue Delete and Removal, which is a software service. If you want parts replaced, you will need a garage or dealer.
Is AdBlue Removal different from AdBlue Delete?
No. They are two names for the same software service.
Can you help if my countdown has reached zero?
Often, yes. Tell us where the vehicle is and send the registration, and we'll check whether we can attend.
Does a fault code tell you which part has failed?
Not on its own. Wiring, connectors or another part can cause the same code, so we don't name a failed part from a code alone.
What do you need for a quote?
Your registration, postcode and mobile number, plus a photo of the dashboard message if you can.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency callouts?
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
