What it means
AdBlue Delete & Removal
Our process begins with a full diagnostic scan to confirm the AdBlue system is at fault. We then read the software from your van's Engine Control Unit (ECU) and expertly modify it to disable the AdBlue system, a service also known as AdBlue Removal. This software only solution means we do not remove any parts from your vehicle. Some newer, protected ECUs require an unlocking procedure at an additional cost, which is always confirmed before we start any work. We can perform this service at your home, workplace or on site to get your van back in business. We also offer optional Stage 1 performance remaps and other software solutions, which can be quoted separately.
Vehicle suitability
Does my Peugeot Expert have AdBlue? For your Peugeot Expert, we check the registration, engine, build specification and ECU details rather than assuming fitment or service support from its age or badge. However, not every diesel Expert is fitted with an AdBlue system, as compatibility depends on the specific engine, vehicle year, and original emissions specification. The only certain way to know is for us to check your vehicle's details, so please provide your registration number for confirmation.
Seeing an AdBlue warning, engine management light or unfamiliar fault code? These warnings can point to problems with your vehicle's AdBlue, SCR, UREA or NOx system. Browse common fault codes below, or contact our specialists for advice on the next step.
These are shared diagnostic codes, not confirmed faults for every Peugeot Expert. Applicability depends on your vehicle and scan results.
Send us your registration, postcode and diagnostic fault code. We'll check the details and explain the available mobile service options.

The agreed software work is carried out at your location and checked before we leave.
This may indicate a fault with a system component, such as the pump, NOx sensor, or level sensor. The warning is for a system malfunction, not necessarily a low fluid level.
Yes. Our AdBlue delete service is a software solution that addresses the root cause of the countdown, preventing the non start condition from immobilising your van.
Some protected ECUs require specialist unlocking, but this depends on your Peugeot Expert's ECU hardware and software, not a blanket model-year rule. We check whether it is supported and confirm any extra unlocking cost before booking.
The engine badge or model year alone does not confirm AdBlue fitment or software support for your Peugeot Expert. Send your registration so we can check the engine, emissions specification and ECU details before confirming suitability and a quote.
This combination usually points to a fault with an emissions control component linked to the AdBlue system, such as a NOx sensor. Our diagnostic check will investigate the codes before we proceed with our software solution.
