01Understanding the service
For a home or workplace visit, provide your full postcode and confirm that there is safe access to the vehicle. Explain whether it starts, has reduced power or displays a remaining-distance countdown. Roadside locations need an individual safety assessment, and recovery may still be necessary if the vehicle cannot be inspected safely or needs workshop equipment.
Relevant locations include Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Mitcham, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Twickenham and Croydon. These span several postcode areas, and postal boundaries do not match Greater London boundaries. The districts below are enquiry locations rather than a promise of attendance at every address; send your full postcode to confirm.
An AdBlue warning can relate to fluid level or quality, dosing pressure, the injector, heating, wiring, NOx sensing or SCR efficiency. Depending on the vehicle and fault, a countdown or reduced-power condition may follow. Software deactivation does not establish or repair the underlying cause. A useful assessment starts with fault codes, relevant live data and vehicle-specific tests rather than assuming every warning needs the same treatment.
Only SCR-equipped variants are relevant to AdBlue work. Registration and, where needed, VIN or diagnostic identification help establish the fitted system. P20E8 means reductant pressure too low. P208E means reductant injection valve stuck closed, bank 1 unit 1. These codes require testing and do not by themselves prove a failed pump or crystallised injector. NOx-related faults also need checks of sensor readings, wiring, exhaust conditions and system operation before parts are condemned.
Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp to send your registration, full postcode, mileage and a brief description of the problem. Include dashboard photos, the exact countdown wording and any available fault-code report. Mention recent AdBlue top-ups or repairs and whether the engine still starts. These details support an initial assessment; diagnostic work may be needed before the repair scope and quote can be confirmed.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete refers to software changes intended to disable SCR dosing and associated monitoring. AdBlue Removal is often used for the same service; AdBlue Repair restores system operation, while an AdBlue Fix should be based on the diagnosed fault. Disabling monitoring does not repair faulty hardware or rule out other causes of warning lights, reduced power or a no-start condition. Send your registration and warning details so the vehicle can be assessed.
AdBlue Removal often means software deactivation rather than physical removal of the tank, pump or injector. The term alone does not specify which functions or components are affected, so the proposed work needs to be explained for your particular vehicle.
AdBlue Delete changes system operation or monitoring rather than repairing the failed component. AdBlue Repair involves diagnosing the cause and restoring SCR operation, which may require wiring repairs, component replacement or a manufacturer-specified software update. Checks and any required adaptations should follow the repair.
AdBlue Fix is a general description, not a defined software procedure. Depending on the diagnosis, it may involve correcting fluid quality or dosing problems, repairing wiring, replacing a failed component or applying an appropriate software update. Clearing codes alone does not resolve an underlying fault.
Please send your registration, full postcode, mileage and the exact warning message or fault codes. Your registration helps identify the likely engine and emissions specification, but a VIN check or diagnostic scan may be needed to confirm the fitted system and ECU details. Your postcode allows attendance and availability to be checked.
Yes. Send a clear dashboard photo via WhatsApp, including any remaining-distance countdown, together with your registration. A photo helps with initial assessment but cannot identify the failed component on its own. Let us know whether the engine still starts.
Mobile enquiries are welcome from South and Southwest London, including Wimbledon, Richmond, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames and Croydon. Coverage is not defined by postcode prefixes alone: SW, SM, KT and CR include different localities, some outside Greater London. Send your full postcode to confirm attendance and suitable access.
SCR-equipped versions of the Peugeot Partner, Citroën Berlingo, Vauxhall Vivaro, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Ford Transit and Volkswagen Crafter can develop AdBlue faults. Some Jaguar, Land Rover Discovery and Range Rover diesel variants also use AdBlue. Fitment varies by engine, production date and emissions specification; earlier or different versions may not have SCR. Send your registration to check your vehicle.
